At Optum, they only care about one thing… you and your health. They specialize in creating personalized care plans just for you and they offer services such as Primary Care, Community Centers, Urgent Care, Care for Medicare advantage, advanced care, specialty and surgical care. Ambient and their marketing agency collaborated in pre-production to create a 2 day game plan to capture various scenes with a skeleton crew and a run n’ gun approach. For Optum, it was business as usual. We were able to execute without being disruptive to their actual patients that were there to receive care. Maneuvering around the hustle and bustle, our nimble crew worked with local talent to act as real patients. At the end of the day, Optum walked away with enough content for multiple commercials to be cut two ways, with and without masks.
