They wanted to create content that was compelling and would call people to action immediately.<\/p>\n\t<p>We wanted the viewer to witness first hand what it feels like to make the worst call of your life. The call no one wants to make and the call no one wants to receive. We needed to revive an old narrative from the 90&#8217;s that dissipated into the 2000&#8217;s. That narrative being &#8220;No use is safe use&#8221; and the new drug&#8230; Fentanyl. A new target audience unfamiliar with drug coalitions needed education. And the new drug coalition needed capital support.<\/p>\n\t<p>Hardstop needed a team of people not only conceptualizing and executing content creation from top to bottom, but also required agency treatment with regards to branding, website development, SEO, and social media management.
