This year was all about better coverage. Instead of one tiny camera, we utilized five cameras with operators capturing from a variety of angles on the ground and up in the air during the event. As well as polished pre-recorded content that streamed in between challenges.\u00a0<\/p>\n\t
Figuring out a schedule that worked and considered multiple factors including covering each team and each challenge wasn’t easy. Neither was putting together a play by play for the live edit. Not only were we covering the challenges themselves, but we had to switch to live commentary of the challenges in realtime. All of this coupled with switching to our pre-recorded content segments called for all hands on deck.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\tREAD MORE<\/strong>\n\t\t\t<\/a>\n\t We had to reach into our arsenal and pull out all of the toys. From a 40 foot jib and cam ops in cherry pickers to a live editing station and pre-recorded content shoots.
