Bringing Bells To 2D Life For A Proper Introduction

THE ASK

Help introduce Bells, an AI tool, to clinicians that are new to the Remarkable Health software and explain her purpose.

INSIGHT

Remarkable Health needed to market this new AI tool so that they could generate new partners within the behavioral healthcare space. A lot of content in this space is traditionally very lengthy, informational and has low engagement.

APPROACH

Ambient created the idea of branding Bells as a 2D character with a fun personality who could explain “in her own words” what her purpose is.

THE CHALLENGE

Convincing Remarkable Health that they should brand the AI tool was hardly a challenge as they were completely on board after seeing the initial vision we presented. But bringing Bells to life in a 2D world complete with a spunky personality and a dose of humor is where we had our work cut out for us.

CAPABILITIES UTILIZED

With the exception of piecing together an animatic for client approval, this project was entirely post-driven. We assembled a custom illustrator, 2D animator, character rigger, and sound designer to bring these two animated videos to life with vibrant style.

MEET BELLS AI

All good software needs a solid introduction, especially when AI is involved. That’s why the good people at Remarkable Health tasked us with creating an introduction video. But we went a step further. We proposed to center their introduction around their AI character Bells and actually bring her to life, complete with her own voice, motion, and style.

BELLS AI - HOW I WORK

Aside from a fun introductory animation, they needed potential users and other interested parties to understand the functionality of Bells and how it can make users' lives easier and save them valuable time. What better way than to hear it from the AI character herself? The fun continues in this super cool animated explainer.

THE IMPACT

A strong animated video that would introduce the AI tool in a fun, hip way not only to clinicians, but to companies looking to partner with Remarkable Health. This approach was inherited from Remarkable Health’s parent company, Netsmart, and is being used heavily in marketing materials for anything to do with Bells AI.
