About John Schaus

Video producer - Sound Recordist - Graphic Designer - Business Owner - Gear head.

My background is marketing, business development, audio engineering & graphic design. At Ambient Skies, I stick to daily business operations such as production coordination and working out marketing strategies with clients. However - I fill in as a sound recordist / mixer any chance I get. I have built / operated many different recording studios and spend my free time as a mixing engineer in my home recording studio.

I definitely like to stay busy, but my passion that continues to keep me motivated every morning is business. My entrepreneurial spirit combined with a DIY mentality, has recently lead me to the position of consulting many clients on all marketing efforts from video to print and web.

In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, mountain biking & traveling.
